New motor setup in our race car, injectors are not firing, however we are getting fuel to the rail & spark... Looking to get some outside advice on this as I feel we've tried everything, maybe there's something we are missing.

Checked and known good items:
CAS
MPI Fuse & Relay
ECU
Injector Resistor pack
TPS
Brand new Injectors
CTS
Timing good

We have 12V to the injector plugs just not getting the ground to fire them.

Thoughts?

I believe their is a fuse inside the car that's for the injectors don't know if that's the ground side or power side just a thought. If not has to be harness or ecu.

Chase, How did you verify the injectors are not firing or did you come to this conclusion because the car is not starting? Call me tomorrow:thumb:

Several ways, we are getting no fuel in the cylinders... We've swapped everything, even though all the parts we have are known good we still swapped them for other known good items. The ecu, injectors, mpi, cas, all have been checked and scrutinized, spinning the cas manually by hand activates the mpi and very small clicking is heard by the injectors and it fires the plugs, however we have no joy actually injecting fuel.

Possible fuel pressure being lost by leaky fuel pressure regulator? Clogged fuel filter? Have you measured fuel pressure while cranking - you said you're getting fuel to rail but have you actually measured the pressure there?

So you have fuel at the rail under proper pressure and turning CAS gives small injectors click. Sounds like the injectors are not getting the voltage/current needed to open fully. Do you have the proper injector current limiting resistors? You should measure their resistance. Some of the higher impedance injectors don't use any resistors at all and if you used them they wouldn't work with resistors. Check the specs on your injectors to see what if any resistors they should use.

Is there any fuel coming out or is it not injecting at all? Have you checked the fuel rail for anything stopping flow?
