So my 94 4g63 2.0 n/t only over heats while sitting and running to long but as soon as i take off it cools down?

Your fans are not coming on so when you drive, the air cools the radiator.
Make sure your coolant hoses are both hot. That will check if your thermostat is opening and closing. If you want the fan on all the time. Take off the connector to the coolant sensor and connect a bobby hair pin or paper clip in a U shape, connect to the female side connectors. That will keep the fan on all the time.

Had almost the exact same situation. There were 2 problems causing the over heating. First, system needed burping and second, the coolant cap seal was broke so it kept getting air in. Replaced that after burping, no more cooling issues.

If you notice that your fans are not coming on while the car sits at idle, check the fan circuit. If the fans do turn on, like the others said, replace cap and burp the system.
