Ok, guys, I recently purchased the Buschur racing project 1g and haven't had a chance to race it yet since I brought it home. I planned to race it on opening day at my local race track on March 28th.

Car has a 2g auto transmission in a 1g, it's been setup with only Park, reverse, neutral & drive. It has a restalled stock converter. Also has a forced 4 setup.

But... I'm having issues with the transmission. I was told to top of the transmission with tranny fluid as the the torque converter was a lil loose. When I picked it up. I did add more fluid and now it's leaking from the bell housing area where the torque converter sits. Also it goes into reverse just fine but won't go into drive. At times it grabs but only for a second or two and then won't move.

Any help is appreciated to point me in the right direction on what my issue may be with the transmission. Thanks

I have been researching this and all signs point to bad torque converter man. Your symptoms all sound like other peoples from what i have read. Its not engaging your transmission properly. Hope that helps ive been reading over a hour on this.
