You would have to measure is for wear. There is a spec for disc depth to the rivets. I do however see what appears to be abnormal wear on the outer portion of the disc from about 5 - 7 o'clock. Do yourself a favor and just replace the disc and TB. I would have the pressure plate checked out and the flywheel inspected and resurfaced as needed. If the flywheel needs resurfaced, you will likely need to shim the fulcrum.

It came off my friends car, he threw a rod and it held 350awhp, im still stock. His pressure plate had hot spots all over it too.
