It's nice to see other DSMs out there, spotted 3 of them in the Waterford area since last night.

I was hoping to go to a DSM meet and greet but it's all quiet here. Have a safe holiday weekend.

Detroit is a mess I need my CCW before I end up there again. Kalamazoo east to Ann Arbor would be cool, battlecreek would be kinda in the middle for those coming from kalamazoo and Detroit.

I don't think anyone's actually meeting INSIDE of Detroit. Detroit area isn't anywhere as bad as what the news and media portrays it. Shit goes down anywhere and everywhere.

That's a little extreme, I live no more than 4 blocks from Detroit and spend a lot of time in the Downtown area and it's pretty damn safe. If we can coordinate a meet up the best place is on Woodward Ave somewhere between Royal Oak and Birmingham. I guess if we could get enough interest, meeting in the Ann Arbor area would be cool.

Maybe we can do a swap meet? We all have a little something in the garage that we never intend to use. I think it'll be a cool way to get people to come out, meet other DSM owners and just have a bit of fun.

Either way I live in a small town and don't care for Detroit. Just sayin if the meets in Detroit I'm probably gonna not make it.

I don't recall anyone ever suggesting a meet inside the city of Detroit. Even if someone did, I'd be down for it. Every city has a good and bad side to it. Anyway, from what I can see, most of the suggested meets were in very nice areas in the suburbs surrounding Detroit.

I used to cruise late at night in Detroit, near the small airport at French road. It was usually deserted and seeing the lit runway was pretty relaxing. I still consider going there every now then.

For anybody interested, I'll be up on Woodward tonight hanging out in between Royal Oak and Birmingham. A few of my buddies and I will be at Hunter House @ 7:30, shot me a text if you wanna meet up - 3one3.4two1.125three
