I started driving my car this morning and everything was fine, drive smooth and pulled good. Then about 2 hours ago the clutch started to slip really bad, it started when i made a left turn. Now its doing it all through 1st and now 2nd and reverse pop out. What is happening?

Your bolts backing out of the bellhousing?
I just checked that, and yes i was surprised, two top were, but i haven't check crankwalk bolt yet, i torqued two top down to 35 ft lbs but it still slips and pops out.

No idea why you would call it that but ok. It's just a Trans bolt. Check you slave
Can you push it in by hand
If not that would explain the slipping. Popping out of reverse could be many things. Cables. Worn tranny parts. Loose retaining nuts inside tranny etc. Clutch sometimes doesn't let reverse engage fully. You can sorta test this by slightly getting off clutch while shifting into reverse. You may feel it pop in a little better. Doesn't fix root cause but may demonstrate you don't have it fully in reverse. Shifting to another gear then reverse also helps. Again doesn't solve root cause.

I actually did check the slave by hand, and i could press it in by hand.

Well if clutch is slipping then I'd say clutch is possibly worn. Any chance you popped an axle out? Broken or disengaged axle feels like slipping clutch. So can a broken center different if you've beat on the car lately....assuming you are awd.

i just got a new axle and the trans was on a friends car (was a 90) but switched to a cleaner 91 panda so he used a 91 trans. This one is strong, and i havent beat on it, just been driving it around to get the kinks out. I mean this morning i was doing half throttle pulls, and it held up and stayed strong, pulled hard. Its just weird that it first started slipping when making a left turn.

Clutch disc is either worn or the pressure plate has a broken finger or 2.

Could be a number of issues.
pretty helpless answer no offense.

good place to start.

how long ago were the trans and axle replaced? unfortunately, id suggest pulling one or both (best bet both) and inspecting all associated parts.
as long as all hydraulic parts are in fine condition and working order, then there has been a mechanical failure of the clutch PP/disc or transmission synchros. an axle issue is entirely possible.

are there any strange noises? pops, clunks, herks/jerks, grinding etc?

I just put in a new clutch, and it still slips.. My pedal grabs off the floor as well. And the only weird things that happen, are when im driving itll sometimes grab and feel like its supposed to. Im seriously at a loss, i have no idea whats wrong with it. Everything is torqued to spec.

Just swapped this morning, the axles and transmission are fine. Gears go in without issues and i dont feel anything bad coming from my shifter

Is this awd? Did anything happen prior to this event? Have you driven the car hard? Is the condition of this trans known? If its awd could be center diff especially given you said it catches sometimes.
