Your commanded AFR is 9.2 and your AEM is reading 10.0 so you are actually running leaner than anticipated.

At 5700 RPM you are at 95% injector duty cycle. At redline, I would venture to say your above 100% IDC? You are out of injector. If you try to run richer than you currently are, you will tax the injectors for more fuel which you do not have.

Due to the low RPM and higher speed, I assume this was done in 5th gear? 3rd gear pulls are what we like to see for tuning purposes. You also want to keep your pedal to the floor to eliminate the TPS fluctuation seen in this log.

Load the attached table and lower your boost a few lbs (to keep your IDC below 100). Go out and make a third gear pull to readline watching for knock and post up that log.

Not sure how I skipped over that. The FSM calls for 178PSI with a service limit of 133PSI and no more than 14PSI difference.

All of you numbers are below service spec.

This was actually 3rd gear just was on the highway.

Edit: ideally you guys would like to see a 3rd gear 2k rpm to redline right?

Ya honestly I haven't done a compression test, I know the motor is heathy tho.

So you blatantly lied and filled out the requested form with false information? If this is the case, I will not waste anymore of my time trying to help someone who will not help themselves.

You “knowing" the motor is healthy tells me and other members nothing about the actual mechanical condition of this engine. How many of the other things did you actually check before filling out the above template? I suggest you actually do the test in the template above and start another thread with actual results.
