Went to have my 95 GST tested and the guy just revs the shit out of it (more than I ever would) and it barely fails for C02

Any way I could get my vehicle exempt from testing or register it in another city etc?

What if you made a hidden diverter valve to divert some exhaust away from the muffler so when they test they only get a percentage of whats coming out so it seems cleaner. Or do they measure percent composition?
Their testing system might register a low or no flow.

Honestly the best way to cheat the system is to use SCIENCE and install a catalytic converter!!!

Catalytic converters work! The way they work... Is they trap oxygen (yes the same oxygen you breath), that oxygen then heats up inside the ceramic insert, The now heated up ceramic materiel act's a like a mini furnace and will burn off the majority of any un-burnt hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide & nitrogen oxide, The same three elements tested for at emission's stations.

My GTR just passed with catless Downpipes catless y pipe like someone else said earlier its All On When You go.
Did they smog test your GTR?

Actually it works as a catalyst that puts atoms together and turns carbon monoxide and other stuff into mostly CO2 and H2O

That wheel looks familiar. All that DSM talk got you back on here, huh? :)

Update:

Took the car in to get tested and it failed for these reasons.

I've attached a DSMLink log, let me know if you guys see anything funny.

Note that when the car starts cold it wants to die unless I give it some gas, after it warms up it no longer has that problem.

I drove it for 30 miles before testing the emissions test so I know I warmed the cat up real good.

Should I just add 2 gallons of e85 to a half tank of 91 and hope it does the trick? I mean my numbers are pretty close IMHO

...that's not close to passing dude, those numbers are pointing at a bad catalytic converter.
Agreed, they may be small numbers, but you are OVER TWICE the permitted value for both hydrocarbons and NOX emissions. It's small because it is in grams/mile. Think of how much exhaust it would take to produce several grams of what is only a very small percentage of the total exhaust composition. Sounds like a bad cat to me too.

I don't know your mods but try starting from factory maps, lower timing a bit and leaning your afr to around 15.1. Then add a can of denatured alcohol at around a 1/4 tank. Took me a couple try's with cams and a high flow cat

...I passed two years ago with no cat but my car's a 97 and they didn't do a tailpipe test, just OBD and gas cap. Although, I do run E85 so I'd be interested to see those results if they did.

You can try doing a 50/50 91 and E85 blend but I have no idea if it would help your car pass or not.

0.5 x 0.670 + 0.5 x 1 = 0.835
450 x 0.835 = 375.75
450 / 375.75 - 1 = +20%

Unfortunately, you can't go positive with your global fuel settings but you can trick the ECU using your MAFComp sliders by increasing them 20% from where they currently are across the entire MAFComp table and setting globals to 0% in the fuel table.
