Thanks DJ! I am so pumped to finally have this set up running! Only been like a year since I posted the mock up pics. LOL[DOUBLEPOST=1410179517][/DOUBLEPOST]Well I got to take the eclipse out today and really test out these coils. All I have to say is it is a night and day difference between running batch fire with the stock coil.

The car just runs smoother, idles better and acceleration is so much smoother! Definitely worth the ~$125 I have into this set up!

Well not much has happened since the last update. I did do something I thought I would never do... Forgot to lock my hood pins one morning. Let's just say that will wake you up at 4am!! Luckily most of the damage was done to the hood. I got a good size dent in the roof but was able to push out 90% of it. This is the only pic I have of the damage:

Car is all back together now and just trying to run out the e85 as much as I can before it snows and I put her away for the winter.

Plans for the winter:
I have all new front suspension arms and tie rods I will be putting in along with prothane bushings.

I would like to finish the quick disconnect harness I Started last winter.

Besides that I am really just going to be saving money since the last few pieces I need to go turbo are the turbo it's self, bigger injectors, intercooler and pipes and a down pipe. Along with random fittings, ect.

I did have an e3 16g but I sold it before we moved to Ohio to have some extra money. Thinking of going with a 20g but forced performance doesn't have them listed on their site anymore...

got a couple things from black friday sales...

Picked up a set of FIC High Z 900cc injectors.

DIYautotune also had a sale so i picked up the knock sensor module i have been meaning to get and treated myself to the mapdaddy 4 bar with barometric correction.

Pics when it all gets here!!

Oh I also picked up a VSRF FMIC core from a member on here. 2 pieces closer!

Well the wire tuck is officially under way! Waiting for one more box of parts to arrive but I got started on the mounting for the fuse and relay boxes. Don't mind my crude sheet metal 'skills'. I don't own a sheet metal brake etc etc.

Anyways I got those mounted up and started transferring the wiring over to the new boxes.

Made some more progress are the wire tuck. This is the headlight, turn signal, horn and rad fan. All cleaned up and deleted unneeded wires.

Well I got the injector harness done for the new FIC 900s.

I am pretty much to the point with this tuck where I have to start dis assembling the car and making out all the engine connections and wire lengths.

Made some more progress on the wire tuck. This is the new panel that will get mounted to the fire wall. Waiting on a few items to get delivered but it's getting there.

Wow very inspirational for me being a first time dsm owner. I have a 96 eclipse rs. During my first research experience, I thought I wouldn't be able to do much to my car due to it being the rs model. Thanks to you I am greatly relieved. Super excited to start working on my project.

Awesome work, very similar to how i want to setup my 1g.....but wirings not my forte LOL.
looking forward to the finished product.

Thank you! Wiring is t my favorite either but it was time and the car def needed some organization in the wiring department.

Thank you. There's always plenty you can do. Just have to decide how far you want to go and how much money you want to spend. This is my summer/nice day car/hobby so I just keep chipping away at what I want to do to it. Best part is I don't need it to get to work.

More progress. Worked on the gauges and their wiring. One thing that has always been an issue on my prosport evo gauges is the connector at the gauge. For whatever reason they just never plugged in right. So I disassembled the gauges and soldered the depined wires right to the gauge pins and then picked up these connectors at RadioShack. Shouldn't have any connection issues now!

Got my Tiny I/Ox and spark booster wired up.

The Tiny I/Ox is an input/output extender that communicates over CAN bus with the megasquirt. I got it from jbperf.com. This will gather data that I don't want to bog the megasquirt down with. For example fuel pressure, oil pressure, oil temp and eventually the turbo shaft speed.

Right now its sitting in some electronic enclapulator.

Makes me want to go back to my MS install and re wire evrything haha

Great idea with the gauges.

Thanks. its the best option I could think of plus the connectors weren't too expensive. they aren't weather proof but for where they don't need to be.

yea i have a TON of time into this!! I got a used engine bay harness with the fuse box. This made (in my opinion) the job alot easier and allowed me to put the time into it with out the car being gutted for a while.
