What do you guys think of using like a tablet for the live data it would save me money on gauges or is that the point of gauges to monitor without using the ecu?

Most of the things you would get gauges for you cant monitor through OBD2, like boost, oil pressure etc...

I have the elm and a tablet. Its useful but not a replacement for gauges.

Luckily I have those gauges already well Boost and wideband af. I want an oil pressure and water temp.
