Ok I'm swapping in my 2.4l stroker into my 95 eclipse gst doing the swap is not the problem. I bought the car with a blown 7bolt. It has dsmlink full with some kind of tune on it. What I'm wondering is what can I do to get the car where I can do a proper break in on the motor.. I don't like the idea of starting it with someone's tune. My new motor has 272 cams and is a 2.4 stroker so I don't know if I can run the motor on the 7bolt tune.
 
stock map on a stroker might not be so great either, buddys stroker ran some pretty slack timing maps.... but a great precaution, you dont know whats in there now, could be super agressive
 
yea still waiting on parts so i can put her in but im so ready to get this thing running
