some christmas gifts i bought for my self came in today. got an egr block off plate. decided to use a block off plate instead of trying to figure out a way to re-route the egr tube into the aftermarket intake manifold and have it be functional for e-check obd2 emissions. going to have to do some computer trickery to make it think that egr is there and functioning.

also got a greddy remote switching system, brand new never used, for the e-manage ultimate system i am going to be using to control data logging and or anything else like NOS. these are very hard to find since they have been discontinued some time ago and are becoming a rare item.

Downpipe looks great!

Why did you go with the E manage? Didn't believe they made one for the 420a.

thanks. the e-management ultimate is mainly for japanese cars but also has a universal side to it. im using the universal side of the e-manage ultimate to get fuel and ignition control.

intake manifold is back. here are some before and after photos for comparison.

just ordered more parts, should see them in a week or two. turbo manifold and down pipe shipment has been delayed due to a hug ice storm in Tennessee a week ago. have to wait until it all melts before the shipment can be processed.

just ordered a custom made, one off, one of a kind fuel rail for the engine build. made out of t6061 aluminum. will see it in about three weeks.

just got confirmation of the shipment for the exhaust manifold and my turbocharger on it's way back. will see it around Tuesday. here's some more parts photos for the time being:

intercooler piping:

new gauge faces, tps sensor, coolant temp sensor, intake temp sensor, temperature gauge sending unit, one way check valves, crower cam break in additive and fuel pressure gauge for the fuel pressure regulator:

Vibrant resenator (i have two of these), 3" inlet and outlet, made from stainless steel:

had a lot of standing around time today at work. didn't see/work on a single car for 7 hours straight so i decided to install the gauge faces. Gauge faces are from BEM Peformance, and they are reverse glow. here's a photo for ya'll to see:

more parts on the way, will see the turbo and manifold on monday. will see the custom one of a kind fuel rail on wednesday.

some parts came in today unexpectedly. got a new IAC valve and MAP sensor, which is right one this time. first MAP sensor i got was wrong and for a 4g63... IDK it was listed as a chrysler 2.0 sensor... oh well problem solved so im over it. installed the IAC and TPS sensor onto the throttle body and bolted it onto the intake manifold. here's a few pics for ya'll.

also ordered more parts today will see them next week or so.

just got the custom made one of a kind fuel rail today. here's the picture for all of you to see. i'll say it fits like a glove. i put a lot of time into measuring a sample fuel rail and designing this custom fuel rail from scratch.

mocked everything up on the engine to see what needs to be changed and made the turbo oil feed line. will need an oil scavenging pump for the oil return line; oil drain from the turbo is about an inch above the sump which is not good for oil drainage from the turbo. need to swap down pipe flanges at the turbo and change the turbo oil inlet feed fitting. other than those three things everything is looking good.

here's a few pictures:

Man it coming along! The exhaust manifold is beautiful!!

When you you plan to put this in the car?
thanks man, i am shooting for august but i don't have my hopes up. still got a long way to go and more parts are still needed. may have to send the down pipe back to have the v band flange switched out from female to male. idk why but for some reason they put a female end on it when the turbine housing is a female end... doesnt make much sense to me in doing that.

on another note, should have a build pt.25 video out in about 12 hours, waiting for it to upload to youtube.

just ordered more parts. should see them soon. one is special order and will take 6 weeks approximately to arrive. another 3 grand in parts left to go before it's time to do the swap. That's right, it's getting close to go time.

on a side note, for those who haven't seen the latest build video, here's a link:

collected a lot of parts, made a parts update video.
