2G Rear hatch water drain on passenger side

If you open the hatch on a 2g you see a hole on either side for the water to drain out of just inside the car. My driver side one works correctly but my passenger side is clogged up with something as it will hold water until it leaks over into the hatch. Where is the exit for the passenger side hole? Need to check to see if something is blocking it.
 
I stuck a screw driver in the hole from the top side but it didn't help. I'll jack the car up and take the wheel off to see if I can find the exit. I may try pouring water in the hole till it reaches the top and then using the blow gun on my air compressor and see if I can blow it out.
 
Anyone know where to purchase a new weather stripping for the trunk? Mine has as tear in the rear.
