Im looking to convert my rear drums since its almost time to swap out the drums so id rather put the money into the swap. My question is there any other cars related to the eclipse or talon that I can get the brake assembly from since the only eclipses in junkyards around me are rs's. Barely any part outs on craigslist either don't want to use ebay since people majorly overprice things on there

You'll need parts
Rear Knuckles
rear wheel bearings
hand brake cables
rear brake discs
rear brake calipers
rear brake caliper hoses lines
rear brake pads
if you want too upgrade rear suspension
GS rear sway bar
sway bar bushing
sway bar brackets
Rear lower control arm and sway bar links

Yes you could get these parts from old Avenger and Sebring

You have way more parts than this guy needs. List edited to what is actually needed for the drum to disk swap.

If you get these off an eclipse/talon it has to be off a FWD model. The AWD stuff won't fit with your knuckles/bearings ect.

you actually dont need the park brake cables. i did the conversion about 4 years ago and i didn't have to swap the cables. the cables for the drum brake set up fit and work correctly with the disc brake set up. i only had to swap the backing plate/dust sheild from the drum set up to disc brake set up and then add the rotors, calipers and mounts as well as pads and new brake lines for the disc brake set up. the wheel bearings are identical on both set ups so you don't need to get new wheel bearings unless you want to take advantage of replacing them while the old ones are out. here's a few photos that i took.

I'm all up for the disc swap. 2 lug nut bolts hav chunks of thread missing. Tried getting a tire and was denied. Dude took off three and couldn't get the fourth off. Said it was stripped but I was able to take off with a ratchet when my tire was flat. I Might get orientation wrong on my end clutch outer piston oring wrong but damn it if you can't get a lug nut off with an impact gun but the owner can get it off with a 3/8th drive ratchet then the other three, go back to where to came from. Yes homie might have been an illegal and he barely put the other three back on, but I should've sued when it took five pounds of pressure to get the three he put back on off. I'm just glad the tire didn't fly off when the misses was driving.
