Thats some crazy fuel mileage. I can only get about 300ish or so, but my car is AWD, and as far as i remember they have a smaller tank. Cant wait to see it with the clutch slipping resolved!
Well I spent a lot of time tuning the cruising fuel tables in direct access so that I can get good gas mileage.
 
Okay fellow dsmstuners I just want to say since we are in another year stay tuned for some more Keltalon madness in upgrades. I am currently working on two new upgrades. Started one yesterday and will be addressing the other in a couple of months. As with whatever I do to the car, out of the box as it may seem, a lot of pondering goes into every single upgrade and for this reason I feel really confident about future changes. I thank brian crower for trusting my input in the help of developing the new 276 cams they know that As always my ultimate goal is with street/drivablility first. These cams are not on the market as of yet but they are coming. . under dog teaming with under dog equals success. current stats with the bc276s are 503whp by 4800rpm and 809 rpm by 8500rpm with slipping clutch. Also look back at post number 11, I can't say it enough street power of this level can't be achieved on a dyno in one session it takes tuning for weeks on the street coupled with dyno sessions to achieve this type of smooth transition from one VE cell to the next a VE like this is very necessary to get the best of both worlds of performance and drivablility for it allows the ecu to think more quickly to address the fuel needs of the car and what is more power is not all of a sudden and helps with traction if you have a FWD dsm, this is a hint to one of many keltalon secrets to the beast's success. stay tuned for more!:sneaky::argue:

We made more power than you and drove the car home in the rain on the slicks after just 3 hours on the dyno with a whole new build. With the right person manning the computer and the right type of dyno you certainly can achieve optimal results in one trip to the dyno. Please stop misleading these people and telling them you do things outside the box and it is only because of you the car runs like it does as there are plenty of others, especially not with a DSM that have done what you are doing and have success. No one is doing anything innovative now 20+ years into this turbo, import world. Me and my friends included. Not to mention we made more power than you with less parts and far less money. And we don't put the public in harms way by making fourth and fifth gear pulls with our system blasting on public roads.

You want respect, get some track numbers. Plenty of drag strips and top speed events to not prove to us how badass you are. I will be the first to shut my mouth if you can lay down some sick times.

Dude you are a joke and that dyno you guys posted is an even bigger joke thanks for the first laught of the year for me. by the way stop hating hater its a new year with some of the same haters on the board. post a video of that more power than me dyno so we all can laugh at it LOL

I didn't think he built it for the drag if I recall, it was a street car.

Mine was at 9 I think when I first install the 276 cams it took me a minute to fine the sweet spot on these bad boys. here is a tip anytime you make cam adjustments it will require a complete tune rewrite and ignition timing adjustments. I tuned the cams to the sweet spoke of the jmf street intake manifold and the spool of the 6266 turbo;)

Honestly Kel sometimes you take things too personally. Just let it roll off your back. It's really honestly not worth getting yourself riled up or ruining your day because of someone who disagrees. Biglady does some awesome work and his ratrod is pretty awesome, and your car is a pretty damn sleepy sleeper. Never would expect that power from a car looking unassuming. While I may not agree with every one of your personal choices or what you say, in the end what you do to your car isn't really changing my life. Plus there's a good way and a bad way to express differing/disagreeing opinions. I'm certain if I had a differing opinion, I could express it to you in a mature manner and you would do the same in return.

Point is people are going to disagree and dislike other people and try to make it well known. Let them hate because in the end, it doesn't change your life really. There's an internet motto I like. "Don't feed the trolls".


However can we all stop saying "haters" please? That, YOLO, hashtags, and hellaflush all need to die quick, silent, sudden deaths and never be heard from again. :p

Crack I hear what you are saying and I have always respected all of your post, you always try to find common grounds and its much appreciated;). With that being said I have no problem with people disagreeing with what I do, but when you follow me from forum to forum and do go beyond disagreement and start insulting and attacking then keltalon will do what keltalon does you catch my drift. I think the issue with people and me is that I do my thing and they do their's but i don't shoot others way of doing things down whether I disagree or not, but every time I give my input on a fix it gets attack from here to kingdom come. What make this an issue is most who attack are attacking proven results which are clearly obvious of the purpose of the attack. but again I hear what you are saying and to be honest its the resistance that drive me to climb higher:hellyeah:Keltalon is just enjoying his dsm just like anyone else here on the boards and has been considered here locally as one of the hardest core dsmers in the ATL;)
 
I think the problem comes from you giving off the persona that your way of modding is superior and the best way to do things. Then you always go back to trying to rub it in peoples faces with dyno sheets that only proves you made some power with no real world data like et/mph.

I dont have a probelm with you, as I dont know you, but you really come off as arrogant and extremely defensive for such a trivial matter. Not to mention you being very childish in arguments. I see it all the time when you come into threads. You always have to mention your car and post your dyno sheets. It gets very old quick.

There will always be "haters" like you say but why do you care? Be the better man and walk away.

I am just a regular dude out here having fun. Guys don't like me just like they don't like you. I just finished a galant with a hotpipe on a 16g. A few people close minded like innovators like yourself had all kinds of nasty comments. I defended myself just the same as you are here. I just refuse advice unless I ask for it or need it. I will let you take a look at me asking for help and telling everyone to f*** off in two threads.

After the help from those guys we went on to make well over nearly 1000hp through the auto at 55psi and while actually racing then car(hint hint) we blew the converter to smithereens. I am no innovator or big dog. Just a guy having fun with his friends. I can be humble when I need to be or a dick when I need to be. You slcan stop with the petty private messages. You have something to say, say it for all to hear, just like I do. Right or wrong. Like i said, post some kind of real, respectable results and I will be the first to da good job. We all know people will hate on dyno results. They will not say anything about a proven track time. And to make you feel better I will have a 1000whp video for you real soon from our broke ass, cheap ass mirage. We are shooting for a real goal. To be the fastest FWD car in the country in the half mile. 184mph is where that mark stands. Something truly worth swinging your dick about.

Man that type of dyno is not even valid. and when the clutch goes into the car your little race car dyno will be shattered LOL. And by the way my way of modding has been very superior in my book for me! Thanks for another laugh!
 
Of course it is not valid, we dropped the car off the trailer and went 166mph first pass with no adjustments. Clearly the dyno we use is a joke. Load bearing, mustang parts, dynomite software. Because you don't approve it has to be garbage. We went 218mph in a DSM. Actual, proven times. Please show us how superior and reliable your car is at an actual event. I, like many others have been waiting for a long time with no proof of how gangster you are.
 
What kind of event do you mean, im not sure what you want him to prove, to you biglady, I don't see anything he has too prove to you maybe its me.
 
Anything he can post an actual time slip or something from so he can back up his gangster ass claims. Not vomit from the mouth with utter, worthless bullshit.
 
Im not sure why your trying to instigate the subject, he doesnt have to prove it to just him. He needs to back up his claims for the community as a whole if he wants to keep claiming his results are true and wondrous as he claims.

Dynos dont prove anything as they can be manipulated. They are just a tuning tool. Nothing more.

I admit that this is just an ongoing dick swinging contest, but I'd like to finally see some actual data runs that backup Keltalons actual power levels. Track times or logs.

Its all how you perceive it. Like I said I do my thing and its working as intended. Now as far as real world data man come on how real can you get you've seen what I do. check this out when I do take the car to the track and pull the numbers and et's what will you say next huh? I am curious:hmm:. Don't confuse arrogance with being proud of what I have accomplished on my own. I do my own figuring , my own tuning, my own engine building, my own everything, who wouldn't be happy or proud to do their own stuff. I started from the bottom and am very happy to keep progressing, please take that $.02 dyno comment can be manipulated and put it in the trash its tired and old. How many times am i going to have to post this video this type of power is not manipulation my friend
