Just bought my 99 GS about 2 months ago.. its been laid up for the last month because the alternator went out... the forums on this site is what helped me get her going again. Now its time for the mods to begin <insert evil laugh here>

Here is what I have so far, would love some feedback on the interior before I proceed any further:

These are not covers, the interior is hand cut and hand stitched fabric. The details in the Kanji and Dragon were cut out and sewn into the fabric that was then attached to the seats. The seats are stock seats that have had all the cushions redone to give you that "riding on air" feel, they also wrap nicely around you and keep you in place during those hair pin turns...

As you can tell, the car started black and tan... I cannot stand tan...

I was told this was a GSX tail... figured I would keep it, although the previous owner left the bolts in place where the old spoiler was... then painted over it... the body is a mess, will take quite a bit of work, and still not entirely sure how I want to proceed. Do I buy premade after market parts? Or do I custom fab my own out of carbon fiber? Oh I loathe making my own decisions... that's what my wife is for!

BTW, I am a jokester, so I will throw a lot of jabs at myself.. like the fact that I just did an oil change with a K&N filter... and when I slap that K&N sticker on the window... BOOM extra 15 hp baby!!!

Will post some pics of the engine soon... you should be able to see it, it would be the big grease mound between the fenders...

Well you wanted feedback on the interior so here goes...I can definitely appreciate all the detail that went into it but IMHO it looks like something that belongs in the first F&F and somehow it escaped and made its way into 2014 haha. To each their own man good luck! :thumb:

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback, not sure what the look of today is. What I have seen is mostly factory interiors, but I must admit I have not really looked into it that much... I guess its a little over the top? I was planning on maybe putting her into shows one day and would prefer not to get approached by a movie director for the Fast and Furious 17...

Welcome to the site. Interior is not my style at all but a lot of work looks to have went into it!
