I had to fly to ohio to buy mine. I'm in MS. I'll keep a look out, but I agree with the 98. They made some changes in 97 that caused a few bugs that needed to be worked out.
Thats my plan. http://www.sdautoclub.net/1997_Mitsubishi_Eclipse_SpringValley_CA_236044925.veh I'd like to talk him down to 5k and ship it out but that's probably unlikely. It's so clean6 grand for a eclipse is a loooooooot..... Don't do it. Wait until you find a good running car!
Jeez man thats clean! Pick that up dude. Talk him down to 500! Lol jk but ya thats cleanThats my plan. http://www.sdautoclub.net/1997_Mitsubishi_Eclipse_SpringValley_CA_236044925.veh I'd like to talk him down to 5k and ship it out but that's probably unlikely. It's so clean
I would stay away from modded dsms too...... not that mods are bad, but theres a huge risk with buying modded cars. Not to mention its FUN to mod your car! Built not bought right? HahaI'd like to but buying a car site-unseen is to big of a risk. If anyone on here in the kc area is thinking of selling there 2g Manuel dsm, pm me. I prefer awd but will consider fwd if its clean, well even if its a awd its gotta be clean. And no projects. Its got to be ready to go.
Yea that too. I wouldn't mind minor stuff like exhaust but not something that's been hacked together.[DOUBLEPOST=1418187738][/DOUBLEPOST]I think also a big reason why not many dsm's are for sale is winter. Once spring comes around it always seams like people want to sell the. Not sure whyI would stay away from modded dsms too...... not that mods are bad, but theres a huge risk with buying modded cars. Ya, that's a very nice ride. This one ended up being completely worth the gamble.
Right by you bud if KC, Missouri is where you still reside. http://ksu.craigslist.org/cto/4775723449.html
Buetiful car by the way. I'm actually talking to a guy with a dsm. He's only 5 miles away from me. Hopefully can work out a dealThe newest Talon I bought I found on craigslist. I also had the car shipped to me, as it ended up being more cost effective than flying/driving it back. But if you do choose ot have a car shipped, I did have a friend of mine check the car over and handle the money situation, so to know that there was no funny business going on. Usually buying a car sight unseen can be a HUGE gamble, but these cars are getting harder to find in good shape. (esp. in the great white, salty, rust belt that is the midwest) This one ended up being completely worth the gamble.
