Ran into a little problem replacing the output shaft seal. Everything is going back together, output shaft is locked on the steel ball, the vicous coupler just won't go that last little bit to get the snap ring on.

When replacing the seal, I used a gear puller and it pushed the shaft past the ball. Didn't remove the VC. I read where the transmission may have been spun with the shaft out. Don't remember if I did or not. If so, what do I need to do to get everything lined back up.

Stuck here, tried the BFH route, still only get about half of the groove to show. First time tearing into a transmission so forgive me for any stupid crap I did.
