Car misfires during/after getting into boost SOMETIMES.

The weird part is that after boosting, it only misfires for a little bit (10-15 seconds) and starts idling fine but if i build boost again, it will repeat that process).
But sometimes, it will continue misfiring on one of the cylinders (giving me A/F ratio of 19:1 initially, but starts to go back to stoich. with still one of the cylinders misfiring). The car exhaust sounds like a subaru at this point....
And lastly, the car is fine after building boost(very rarely).

I feel like when i give a significant amount of throttle (enough to build a bit of boost), it stutters and misfires.

Car used to start up with a misfire on somedays, but now it starts up fine, and when the car gets to operating temperature it will start misfiring on one cylinder again,

It gave me a CEL code for misfire on cylinder 4. But couple weeks ago it was giving me a code for misfire on cylinder 3.

Changed spark plugs(gapped correctly), plug wires, tried two sets of injectors, all 4 cylinders showed good spark.
My guess would be something related to the electrical component of the fuel injectors?

Might want to do a compression test. You could have a bad valve or something going on in the head. I had a p0300 on mine ended up being the injectors. Just sharing personal experience. I see you tried the injectors. You can try moving injector 4 to cyl 1 to see if the problem follows.

Gapped the plugs to 0.028, tried another set of spark plug wires. Took out the ecu to see if anything was fried, checked timing as well. All these were good. No signs of anything wrong. Checked every single injector with a voltmeter while car was running. All show the same values. Checked the resistor units for all the injectors inside the ecu as well..
Only thing i haven't done yet is a compression test..

Driving regularly without and sudden acceleration will keep the car running fine. If i do build boost the first couple of times, car will misfire for a little bit and then go back to normal. However, if i keep boosting it repeatedly, it will staying misfiring and stay that way and show a CEL. I got a P0300 (random misfire) code today instead of the P0304 and P0303 that i had before.

Getting pretty clueless right about now :((((((((

I would definitely clean the MAF as stated above, also it could be your PTU going bad or your coils cracked and misfiring. If you have a fried that you could borrow from to test, or just purchase them since its always a good idea to have a spare PTU.
I was on the track last weekend when my PTU decided to play tricks on me and had to get it towed of the track (right thru mitsufest). Misfired under boost for a while and finally gave out, changed it and back on the road I was. Just some ideas for you to try.

Had a very similar issue with my car, traced it down to ignition. Tried swapping coils and power transistor but problem persisted, than i installed a new aftermarket system altogether and the problem disappeared.
