So I got the upper control arm camber kit. The problem im having is I cant get the sleeve in. Is there a way to get it pressed in? I dont want to take it to a shop. I tried lubing it and hitting it in. I tried getting a bottle jack and pressing it in but I cant get it straight. What have you guys done?

I ran into the same problem when I bought my camber kit from ebay. Still was an ingalls kit, but all I did was take the sleeves to a bench grinder and made the diameter smaller till they fit nicely into the holes. Later this kit broke on me though, went to jack the car up and the upper control arm swung out of under the car.

I have the same camber kits on my car(s). It's been a long time since I installed them because I did this many years ago. If I remember correctly we're suppose to omit using the sleeves on our cars. I think I found the reference to omit them somewhere in the Ingall instructions but it was not easily noticeable, like I had to read the instruction a few times before I figured out what it was saying.
