Im putting power steering back in my 91 Talon and i lost all my lines except for the big black line that bolts to the top of the pump. My question is it possible to make shorter lines so it doesn't have to loop behind the radiator. I know Napa can make high pressure lines for you. Just not sure if theres a specific reason they are so long for cooling or if i can have ones made.
With my current setup there isn't much room to squeeze the hard line behind the radiator so if anyone has ever tried any alternatives or got aftermarket lines made.

It's not hard to do but it is soposto go in front I the rad not behind it's just like the oil cooler on 90 models they didn use it on other models but I'm sure it has a use if you want to look at it at an engineering stand point. Cooler fluids will perform better and do their job better but honestly isn't needed to utilize them

I didi the same thing...works fine for me

anyone have any pics or diagrams of how to route the lines. I don't remember how everything is supposed to be hooked up and the manual doesn't have the best picture. Also where is the cooler usually located in the lines, I don't ever remember having a cooler in my other cars

oh ok thats what i figured. so i can just cut that loop out and loop the lines together
