So I thought I did not bolt on #19 and 20 to the block for the turbo coolant

but then when I got down there I realized the 4g64 block does NOT* have that spot.

So will this work if I put a T here? The braided line is coming from bottom of the oil housing, the black tube from the bottom of turbo. both turbo and oil tops are feed from water pump coolant pipe. So the water should be flowing the right way?

Or what should I do?

This is the last issue and system to seal up before driving status...

The bung on the block (the #19 and #20) is the original turbo coolant feed. Note, the coolant feed goes to the front of the turbo. Everything returns to the water pipe.

The oil cooler is fed from the thermostat housing (#5 → #8 → #9). It returns to the water pipe via #14.

The turbo, as stated, is fed coolant from the #19 and #20 bung location. It returns from the rear of the turbo through #15 and #16 to the water pipe.

ok, so it would be the same thing except the T is feeding the turbo and oil.

So the question is will this still work?

Does it really matter which way it flow through the turbo?

I got it setup like that now just to get some water going and run the engine.

Why use a T? All of the ports are available to you and it appears you have all the parts needed to put it together.

Flow through the turbo matters if you're running coolant through oil passages rather than coolant passages. Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant when you said "...the black tube from the bottom of turbo," and "...the turbo and oil tops are feed from the water pump coolant pipe," but it sounds like you've got water plumbed to the oil passages.

no its not water to the oil passages.

Talking about stock oil filter and turbo coolant lines.

I had it backwards, the oil cooler is fed from the t stat housing, the turbo from the block, they both return to the coolant pipe.

I am missing the spot on the block because it is not a 4g63 it is a 4g64.

So basically you don't want to use the original coolant feed for the turbo and, instead, want to use a T off the thermostat housing to feed both the turbo and the oil filter housing?

...but then when I got down there I realized the 4g64 block does have that spot.

You're original post, quoted here, says your block does have the spot for the turbo feed. Many a 4G64 block have the port there but it is plugged from the factory. So if yours, for whatever reason, doesn't have it, you've just now told us. Regardless, if you proofread your posts at all and posted with a bit better English and some accurate descriptions of things, there wouldn't be this 20-questions to help you.

Since you didn't want to answer my last question which was a simple yes or no question, I'll assume that means that is what you want to do. In which case, yes, that will be fine.

DOES NOT* is what I meant. kinda have a lot going on I type fast and missed it.

Fixed.

If it does have a spot I cannot find it. I'll look again.

Yes thats what I am asking if it will work or not...
