okay i have a 95 gs i was going to install LED H3 bulbs instead of the oem ones. However when trying to install it the passenger side lit up like nothing but my driver side would not and it kept blowing out the fuse everytime i would connect the LED bulb. does anyone know why and how it can be fixed????

Never use a bigger fuse. You could have end up with an electrical fire! Not sure if you tried it yet, but I would swap the bulbs....take the one that is in the passenger side and try it in the drivers side and try the one that was in the drivers side and try it in the passengers side. Just to make sure that both bulbs are good and one isn't internally shorted. That way you'll know right away if it's a bulb problem or a car wiring problem. They're LED bulbs, so they should not be drawing so much current that they blow a fuse.

Swap bulbs and do one at a time. It sounds like there's an internal short with the one blowing the fuse. If the passenger side blows and the driver side lights up fine I'd put it on a faulty bulb.

i thought LED's had less draw than a normal bulb? like by a lot.

They do have a much lower current draw. That is why if you use them as turn signals, you will need to use a load resistor.
