I would imagine you'd need to get vendor status once you start advertising these.

Nice car BTW:thumb:. I surprised myself and actually like your original fenders a bit better, but I can also appreciate your creative thinking on the redesigned versions too:applause:.

Did you have to cut your fenders or just leave them intact?

I have a very slight rubbing on the front driver side. Its very minor that a slight camber should fix it. And with the mold that I am making, i should be able to compensate and adjust a little bit so it would not rub. But as far as the car's actual fenders, I do not have any issues at all. That was my worry initially, but so far so good. I check my tires once in awhile, and fortunately i still do not see any damage to the tires or the fenders.

Very, very nice. Count me in for a set to purchase as long as they are not a bazzillion dollars.

One thing that keeps coming to my mind, when installing, you do not have to lower the suspension of the car as much to keep that low fendergap look. The flares can more than likely compensate some. This will help with ground clearance as well as suspension geometry.

Wondering what kind of coilovers you are on? I am assuming you will need something stiff and something without a lot of travel in order to keep from hitting the fenders

Yeah, I agree that you have to have a pretty stiff setup or something that is adjustable. I have Tien Flex Coilovers and I set where it is stiff enough but not to firm to where I am bouncing on every little bump on the road.

Hey guys, I just want to give you an update on the flares. So I finally finished the mold for the flares. I was going to post pictures, but for some reason, it wont let me. Anyway, I still have to clean up the mold a little bit, but so far so good. Also, I just want to apologize because it took me so long to make the molds. It was actually much harder than I thought. My "goal" is two weeks, until production starts. When I make that first set of mold, I will give you guys an update and post pictures. Thanks again...

Hi everyone, my name is Allen and I own the car that you guys are talking about. I have been a "lurker" :) on this forum for a long time now. I have been using my friends account to browse the forums and get some ideas. I "semi" customized those flares on the car myself. Those pictures of the flares on facebook and nasoic are about 90% done. I painted them with plasti dip temporarily because my friend wanted me to bring my car to one of the car meets in my area(wheels and meals). I am in the process of painting my car and shaping the flares right now (more arch on the flares and finish off the section where the gas tank door is located).

I just started working on my car again and these flares and rims are the most recent project that I have done.

Anyway, Thank you for all the kind comments.

The tire/wheel specs are Enkei Rpf1s 18x10.5 wrapped in Hankook RS3 265/35/18

The pictures attached are some of the old pictures that I took.
Can u send me a link on which flares on ebay....pls..thank you

Yes, and don't exactly take my word for it cause i never personally done it. But for best results i would line the flares on the fenders and mark off where the top inside of the flare would go and cut right there.

The biggest problem with molding the fender in place is it will be a matter of WHEN will it crack out. It's one of the main reason my widebody kit will not be molded.

I dig those flares. I think they are a pretty good looking functional place. Much better than tire poking out past the fenders. IMO

Hi Allen, I love your ride and I've been wanting to do something very similar. I bought the flares already and in the process of fitting them. My question is how many inches are you spacers? I just don't have the cash to buy different sets until I find the ones that you have. Thanks kindly for your time and by the way, your car is sexy as hell.

Regards,
John Quentin.
