The new 200SX by longevity will accept a Miller foot pedal! Easy/cheap way to get around the pot on the foot pedal. Who wants a deal on one? I want to get one myself with a miller foot pedal.

Consider an SSC pedal Gamble, they are better built, and have a better feel too. Not to mention cost less.

The Miller HD pedals are nice, but the SSC model blows it out of the water.

Lol yep I know.
SSC is OEM for lincoln HTP and thermal arc[DOUBLEPOST=1413721205][/DOUBLEPOST]Guys I am about to pull the plug and get start doing my own online business for resale. Such as selling things like ecmlink, hallman and whoever else I can hook up with. But I need some pointers with the business side of things.
Any business majors here that can answer a few basic questions for me?

Nice work Paul! I still prefer sub frames and control arms. :)
Haha, yeah, this was my short break from subframes. Now it's time to go back to work. I even got my girlfriend trained on my lathe to help me try to keep up these days.

I did some pressure vessles and a pipe flange with a 1" socket.
All freehand

What welder are you using at work?

Whoo Hoo! In addition to longevity and lotos I'm also a reseller for ecmlink. Hoping to update my website soon with lots and lots of parts.

Nice man glad you got the approval from tom and dave!

I use a synchrowave 250dx at work.

I think a dynasty 200dx is my next at home machine. Everything the synchrowave has but inverter and more AC Settings.

My diversion seems so obsolete now. But itll get me by.

you will love the dynasty 200 DX,, there may be some super thick stuff that you just be better off with a syncrowave 250 for that little extra amperage but with a little pre heat from oxy acetylene or just running the torch on the material you'll find you can do damn near everything with the 200 DX you can with the syncrowave but then you can fine tune all your work with the best 10 seconds to just be beautiful. Absolutely love mine

Glen which package did you get? I want the water cooled torch. But dont need the package with regulators and all that extra junk. Too bad it's a 5,000$ machine

I dont think I'll ever do thicker than sch80 1/2" so I'm fine with 200amps, hell the diversion 180 os fine for amperage, just limited on everything else. Dynasty has post flow control right?

I'm going to start making top mount t4 twin scroll manifolds with dual 44mm mvr gates.

So is there really a national Argon shortage right now? Or is my local AirGas full of crap?

My 300 just ran dry and they said it might be weeks before they can swap me a full one... I can't wait weeks to weld right now, so I'm a little pissed off. They did have two 125's today so I might just swap one of my 125's to get me by...

Not that I know of, I just swapped a tank a couple days ago. I have been seeing more bad gas lately though. Out of the last 5 tanks I've got, two of them were bad gas.

I just had a 16 bottle rack swapped out at work today. 330 bottles too. I swapped out 2 of my personal 330s about 2 weeks ago with no issue at my local AirGas.

That is the word. My supplier is threatening a severe price increase for next year. If we didn't use 2+ million cuft per year, they were actually considering ending our contract.

not sure why i haven't gotten notifications on this thread.

got me a new longevity 200sx welder. be nice to see how it welds now that i have a lot more experience under my belt.

also you guys are looking at a new distributor for razorweld :) they make some very good welders. and now coming out with plasma cutters.
