New FP Green sounds like it is already gone?

Hello guys,
I really don't know what to do anymore... I did kill a TD05H 20G beginning this year...
I found contamination in my oil pan, it seems like an oil resistant paint wasn't this resistant at all.

Turbo lasted 100 miles and then it wasn't building any boost and sounded like this:

I did clean the oil pan, changed the oilfilter, changed the oil two times (with filter and let it warm up in between).
After that I did install an inline oil filter to prevent killing the next turbo.

Now I did install the FP Green today, let the car warm up and just revving it ... the turbo sounds exactly like the 16G and also isn't building any boost. I did not drive the car yet, so the turbo didn't run any load yet.

What the hell?
Is this turbo also toast and where might be my problem? The only thing I changed (before installing the 20G) was to get the oil supply of the filter not the head.

Of course I did remove the inline filter and checked it for any particles but it was clean.
I also blow into the oil feedline to be sure that the drain isn't clogged... it is hard to blow but you can hear the air bubbles in the oilpan. Checked how are it is to blow through the 20G and it is about the same (with no drainline...)

Hope anybody can help me.

Yes brand new.
And if that was the hidden question: I did prime the the engine until the oilpressurelight was off before starting it.

Yes, I did cleaned it, flushed it and changed filter twice, also installed the new inline filter for the turbo (and it is still clean!)

Did not test the oil pressure but coming straight from the oilfilter I can't think of any reason not having oil pressure.
I didn't run it hard yet, the hardest run I did is what you see in the video, beside that the car was just idleing.

But that turbo doesn't sound right? Because I hear it building pressure because the BOV is working but my guage isn't fast enough to get any boost reading.
And it isn't building boost with the rev-limiter at 3500rpm .... but I've never run an fp green so maybe it is just not enough to spool it?

No I did not verify that it is junk... I'm just hearing the same noise as the 20g that is junk.

Check to make sure it doesn't have a bunch of play, and that it spins freely.

Then put a t fitting in the line after the filter, and make sure its got like 50psi or more at higher rpm.

So it is possible that it is still good even if it sounds like that?
I will check this also will remove the drain pipe to see if there is actually oil coming out of the turbo.

Yes it is the turbo that is making this noise.
I did invest in an inline oil filter.
I'm pretty sure it is not getting "Zero" oil (didn't had the fitting on the inline filter 100% tight on the first start and it was leaking oil...)

Maybe the turbo was just bad from the beginning and it is just life hateing me.

Is all of you're boost and vacuum lines to turbo, from turbo, waste gate (if external) etc. connected correctly? Probably a dumb suggestion, but more often than not, it's the simple B.S.

Op you mentioned an oil resistant paint, what was painted ? Btw you won't get much boost if any at all without any load on the engine.

I welded a return line fitting on the pan and used oil resistant paint for that... but I sanded the pan after killing the first turbo so that isn't an issues.
Yeah I know that I won't get much boost without load but that sound killed my mood of trying the drive the car.

I am guessing you have a BOV that is open under boost. sounds like its cycling in the video. BOV open under boost will overspeed the turbine. no turbo will survive

Ok removed intake hose and turbo is toast.
too much shaft play.

So I must have a oil problem... now I need to find it.

And maybe you guys know: FP Green is just a TD06 shaft and cover so a TD05/TD06 rebuild set will fit?
Quite have no idea what is wrong with my oilsystem... but something is bad can't think of anything else that would kill a turbo in a few minutes without even giving any load.
