ok i just flushed my radiator. and when i pour coolant in it slowly drains down in the t-stat housing. drain plug is tight.thermostat housing is tightend down. no oil in coolant and vice versa. i looked under the car and nothing not a single drop of water anywhere im stumped any ideas? car is a 93 eclipse gs-turbo. need help asap please

Are you taking into account full "system capacity"? If you drained the system it's going to take more than a single bottle. Also, smell by the dash and feel the floor. You could be leaking from the heater core or related lines.

how much should it take to fill. ive put like 1 1/2 gallons in and it keeps going down. and where at by the dash? also it drains very slowly. could it be because of air in the system?

I don't have my Haynes right by me but i think the radiator alone is almost 2 gallons. Glove box area.

Stock "system capacity" is 7.2 liters so if your aftermarket radiator is bigger, the overall capacity will go up. As far as how much...not too sure.[DOUBLEPOST=1411347758][/DOUBLEPOST]I say fill it till it stops, run the car for a second then top off. Repeat. Then keep an eye on it for a couple days while the air pockets work their way out.

i guess i didnt fill it up enough i just filled it up more now it dont drain LOL thanx man for ur help
