As the title pretty much states, I have a 97 GST with 17x7.5 +35mm offset wheels wrapped in 225/45R17 tires. I ordered VMS 2" drop springs and STAGG SMS shocks. I know I'll need to correct the rear camber and toe, I'll be doing the bolt/washer modification in the rear.
Here is the question, will I have any rubbing issues? Do I need to roll my fenders? The wheels are on the car now and it's hard to tell if I'll rub because of how much wheel gap there is. But it does look like the tires will come right up to the fenders.
I'm coming to the DSM world from my Honda world and I'm learning a DSM does not lower the same as a Honda. I should of done a bit more research before buying my VMS springs, but when searching nobody likes to include wheel offsets. Plenty of people asking about 2" drop on 17" wheels but never say anything about offset...
