Well i just installed a safc in my 2g gst and here is a list of the mods done as well

Walbro 190
Evo 560s
Maf adapter
Greddy 24r fmic with piping and bov
E316g turbo stock actuator 10psi spiking
Wideband
Safc
Boost gauge

Well i took the car out this morning to log it and get ideas where to start tuning and went to get gas came home made some adjuatments while idling shut it off as it was good for now i went inside and came out to go to work and i get nothing from it but a bunch of relays clicking and when i leave the key just in the on position i dont hear my fuel pump running as i normaly would

Here is what ive done
Battery connection
Grounds
Starter harness
Under hood fuse box (nothing blown)
Underdash fuse box (nothing blown)
Alternator connection
Maf connection
All plugs i could see (nothing unhooked that wasnt already)

All my gauges and lights and what not are getting power

The thing that gets me is not hearing the fuel pump would that mean my mpi relay (belive thats what its called the one under radio) is bad

By the way i cut no wires when installing safc minus the one maf wire that you have to cut otherthan that used all quick connect clips

Have you tried jumping the car? Battery might show 14 volts, but still be bad.
Try that, then clean up the starter wires and ground to the starter. If you are getting power everywhere but the starter/fuel pump, starter ground/power sounds about right.

These car's aren't setup to prime the system with the key on. The system will only prime when the key is in the start position, or the engine is turning. As for clicking, it sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere. Check the ground on the bellhousing and the ground on the firewall. There should also be a ground wire from the engine to the firewall.

When the relays click is it quick sound like an automatic gun "but not that loud of course" ?
yes yes and yes that is what it does very fast all i could say when it did this was WTF[DOUBLEPOST=1410839658][/DOUBLEPOST]
Hey jesse did you check the dimmer switch since you have no gauge lights, sounds like maybe a bad ground somewhere.
No i do have gauge light my cluster my wideband my radio my boost gauge interior lights all work as they should[DOUBLEPOST=1410840421][/DOUBLEPOST]Well ok i didnt think it was my battery as ive only started the car with the battery 2 times it was my battery for last 4 months and i killed it didnt use it and it messed it up took it where i bought it interstate battery and they said it was just low on acid so they redid the battery and now this earlier the car didnt even attempt to turn the starter and when i just tryed it the starter was ever so slightly trying to turn it over

Your battery is toast homie :) Like I said, put a jump on it, I bet she fires right up! The sound you heard of all your relays clicking is the system telling you "you have voltage but not enough" Every car I've ever owned has done this, except my current GST! It's got a Optima Red Top, best 200$ ever spent! "Would start my 88 camaro's 350 at 0 degree's first crank every time"

Thank you for your service! Batteries don't like to sit unused and cycled through heat/cold. If you don't use rechargeable batteries like AA Tripple AAA's often, their lifespan depletes at a rapid rate. Always best to go new since you're auto, no pushing and dropping the clutch for you! If you ever want to upgrade, I can vouch for Optima Red Tops, but at 15$ you can't beat that, that's a core price!

You're a fire fighter, why don't you get the Optima's that the fire dept. uses in their ambulances and trucks? The city of San Diego replaced them every year even if they worked perfectly fine, I knew a mechanic that maintained them so he'd sell year old Optima's for $50.
