You can make one if you have one of the spare, long battery tie down bolts. You just need that and the die to cut longer threads up the bolt. I've made a couple for people if they gave me the bolt. Takes all of about 10 min...or less. If that's not an option, hope you can find someone close by who has one. Good luck.
