So its been going on for awhile and since I plan on getting a bolt on FMIC I figured might as well address it. So I'm not sure which gear because when your flooring the throttle. Between watching boost, rpms, the road/pot holes. Shifting is just nature so any way. At one point the boost hits 10 psi on my aftermarket boost gauge, but it goes back and forth from 8 to 10. The car doesn't stop pulling hard its just the gauge is bobbing. It shows 1 psi about 2600 rpms. Should I worry about the bobbing or is that normal?

Where do you have your boost gauge tapped into? And do what Pie recommended and do a boost leak test. It could be a small leak in any of the vacuum hoses check the lines going from the boost controller to the waste gate. Also do you have a manual boost controller or just the stock one.

Do you have the stock soft-piping for the intercooler on it?

Hose flex = boost bobbing

EDIT:
Didn't read your profile, I see you have upgraded piping, but is there soft-piping ANYwhere?

Also, as the others have mentioned, do a BLT.
You have to have a leak because stock wastegate pressure is higher than 8.

Upgraded boost gauge. Sunpro. And I found the problem and fixed it, but another problem is my piping from bov to intake is leaking air.

What was the reason? since everyone's bov and uicp is different, I suggest going to advance and getting a generic radiator hose that fixed like myself and 95%

Well the plastic pipe dist fit on tee so I melted the plastic together. Held for 4 months of 0-10 psi.
