By you removing the thread shows you protect scammers. All info posted in the thread will now be sent over 30 forums, craigslist, backpage and other multiple sites. It will be duly noted that dsm tuners want others to be scammed and domain registrant info will be with it.

James Sellers is a member here so yes it does pertain to this site. Grow up.[DOUBLEPOST=1410745400][/DOUBLEPOST]
Untrue read the rules. http://www.dsmtuners.com/help/terms/ General site rule, 6th down. Plus your so called "bad" transaction didn't even happen over this forum. Likely this thread will get deleted too.
You look like another scammer "rims have no scratches" CAN ANYONE EVEN SEE THE RIMS BAHAHAHA
http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/enkie-performance-ekm3.485000/[DOUBLEPOST=1410745601][/DOUBLEPOST]Of course said admin / moderator wont even send a message or post about removing the thread. Sounds like they are another James Sellers Dick Rider.

And that's why they are for local pick up so people can see them. I don't have a camera at the moment so I am unable to post up new pics.
Weird, you can buy parts but you dont have a cell phone. Sounds like a scam to me.

Thanks for informing the community with the heads up... but why not just leave him negative feedback of your own on his profile... or even better talk to the good admins on here about what you [or they] can do to better inform/protect us, if you have all your proof that this guy scammed you, i'm sure no doubt they will take that into consideration when they act, i'm sure they want other dsmtuners informed on matters like this, but they cant break all the rules to protect all of us on here.

And you post up a angle shot LOL not even a straight on shot of the rims. f***ing idiot.

Still nothing from the admin , moderator who is hiding. Guess I will repost the thread.

Quit crying like a little girl. Follow the rules and post a review on his profile. The mods/admin is just doing their jobs of policing the forums.

Sorry that you and a few others have gotten scammed but dont come around here acting like an a-hole to people and trying to have things your way. Especially since it looks like you dont even really participate in the forums over here.

C89ZX7R, learn your lesson and move on. Fact is, you put trust in someone you don't know. Buying and selling over the forums or any other internet based market isn't a sure thing. Plus, you didn't check what you got when you got it. You keep telling people to grow up, YOU NEED TO GROW UP! Go ahead, call me a scammer. I'm just laying down the truth. I just got burned for 2-3 times what you did over a short block that was supposed to be JAM built.

I DID NOT DO ENOUGH RESEARCH
I PUT TOO MUCH TRUST IN OTHERS
I DID NOT VERIFY FACTS

Notice I'm putting the blame on myself? I also posted an article saying it wasn't right, and to watch out for that guy. I realize the forum has it;s rules in place for a reason and you ought to know the moderators aren't out to get you but rather, they don't want to get caught up in a transaction gone awry. It's not their place and can you blame them?

Instead of crying do something CONSTRUCTIVE and possibly put some buying guidelines down on paper that are applicable to the DSM world. Maybe that will help keep other forum members from getting burned like you and I (and countless others) did.

Yeah I got scammed out of a lot of money too one time, but I learned from the mistake, I do hate hearing that this happens the nerve of some people, but hey we all got to learn this at some point or we will just keep getting scammed.

It feels bad to get scammed, but it does for a reason, we hate ourselves partly for being stupid enough to fall for it, but we also hate the scammer just as equally for actually having the guts to take your money for nothing in the first place.

The most constructive thing I realized is we all have the potential to be idiots without even knowing it,
so we all have to be careful when shopping on the INTERNET.

Take it from turtlebain he got scammed worse then me, and I'm glad he is willing to share his experience in a way as to help educate other dsmers on here, thanks for chiming in turtlebain hope it all got resolved for you man.

Ive got scammed on here also, on tail lights that I paided for which I never got, and I have also paid a machine shop 1500 dollors to put a motor together which Kept messing up... You dont see me bashing mofos, U live and learn.. The OP is taking this way out of hand and is being rude and disrespectfull to other members becuase his ass hurts becuase he got Fu*ked by james sellers... Grow up bro if You have a problem on the forum leave it to pm or feedback... Posting ppls privite info on the internet is just asking for a problem or trouble..

Use your brain dude, do you really think we protect scammers? We have a classifieds feedback section and closely monitor member ratings, either warning or in some cases banning members for poor transaction trends.

It may seem like posting this guy's personal info is the best way to "spread the word" but it's really not. In a few weeks that thread would be buried in The Hangout under more recent threads never to be seen again, which is why Chris put the classified ratings into place. This guy has been scamming so many people but nobody bothers to leave seller feedback to warn the next person. If you want to do something positive, post your transaction with him here in his trading profile.

Next time, please follow our forum rules so we can protect our members from being scammed and use the buyer/seller rating feature like we ask in our forum rules.
Forum Rules said:
Public complaints and accusations about classifieds transactions, other members, or shops are not welcome in our forums. We have a Buyer/Seller rating feature for our classifieds in place of forum complaints, as well as a Vendor Reviews section for vendors. If you're sharing your experience with a product in a thread where someone is asking for opinions, that's fine, but starting a thread to serve as a review for a product or vendor is discouraged - use the Vendor Reviews or Product Reviews section for that, not the forums. The forums should not be used as a soap box for complaints.
