You gonna throw those BBS's on it? I wanted to scoop them up but wasn't sure if they'd fit well with the +45 offset. The guy told me they "sold locally to a guy with grey talon, black wheels." AFAIK yours is the only one in town! Lol.

Woah! I guess I haven't checked in here for a while.
Yeah, those will hopefully make their way on to the talon.
I needed to get the center holes machined to fit on our hubs.
Getting the coating off the wheels was ridiculous! I finally broke down and brought them to an industrial blaster.
Once I get around to painting them I will be putting my tires on.

Awesome pics. Cute kid, and cool radiator "i have the same one".
Is there a manual to tear-down/re-build our trannys? or you just jumped in ?

Thanks. There are pretty good instructions online in combination with the factory service manual.
One of my friends locally has rebuilt several so I had him help out and spot check.[DOUBLEPOST=1408105936][/DOUBLEPOST]Here are the BBS wheels I picked up before they were machined and blasted:

After I got it running my AC would not hold a charge.
It turns out that the condenser had a leak, so I decided to tear the front end back apart.
While I was fixing that, my friend helped me make some modifications to the exhaust.
We combined the O2 housing and down pipe, then separated the downpipe before the flex section with a vband.
We also recirculated the wastegate dump.
After that I made a heat shield:

I happened to have a spare t-bolt clamp that was the same size as the oil filter.
So I made an anti-oil-filter-spin-off out of it:

I also took some other measures to try and lower my temps:

While it was down I also installed the RRE and RM sway bars I had and new end links:

After that was all done and I had my nice cold AC, I brought the car to get under coated.
I was having some problems with starting.
The vacuum line to my AFPR was rock hard and only two days old.
I must have had a torn diaphragm, because after I switched it out with a Fuel Lab mini, the problem went away.

I was having some problems with the throttle body I rebuilt, so I put turbo seals in another one and swapped that out.
I'm also currently experimenting with a 160 thermostat to see if that will help me keep my temps down.[DOUBLEPOST=1408106867][/DOUBLEPOST]The wastegate that came with the turbo setup was cracking open at 16PSI and maxing out around 20.
After doing a little looking around, I found Kinugawa. They make "adjustable" actuators.
After a little back and forth with them, they sent me a wastegate actuator with the bracket to mount right to the compressor housing and the correct arm for the FP housing.
The spring I ordered it with was a 1.2Bar. My understanding was that I would be able to achieve twice the springs rating in pressure.
That was not the case, I was still only able to max out around 22PSI.
I ordered a 2Bar spring and replaced that, now I am able to run >22PSI:

How well did that Honda CR-V battery work out? That's a great idea!

The battery has been doing as good as I would have expected.
It does appear as though I do have a draw because it goes dead when the car sits for a couple weeks.
I still have yet to determine the cause, but I suspect either the viper remote start, or the audio system.

Good to know. Might pick one of those up for the Cow Car.

My dad had an aftermarket stereo system in his '88 Supra and it did exactly what you describe. It had a stand-by mode or something that would draw a tiny amount amperage.

I also needed to swap out the battery, as I junked the (what was new at the time 1900 miles ago) Energizer.
I went with the Optimta Yellow top.

My latest project was building a custom speaker box.
I had a massive ported Kicker box with 2 X 10" CVRs.
It was crazy loud but took up my whole trunk.
I don't really care for having overpowered bass any more, so I decided to gut the trunk and put one under the back floor.
I drilled out the spot welds for the spare tire carrier, removed the washer fluid reservoir, scraped all factory sound deadener and coated with liquid sound deadener.
