Hey, whats up my name is Anthony. Hopefully in the next few days I will be purchasing a 98 gst with 150k miles on it. From what we know so far it is "stock", has a boost gauge, and boost controller(ebay) and a "hks bov". He says he is running stock boost, but when my Pops drove it he read 16. We are planning to take the car to Firestone Complete Auto care and let them go through it. My plans for the car is to have fun daily driver I plan to do some road trips with it and I want to have some fun on the freeway.

Started a rant against taking it to "firestone complete auto care" ROFL, love the full name, caps and all.
Anyway, congrats in advance and skip the shop, buy a haynes or download the service manual and get to maintenance. The best way to break shit on your car is to take it to a shop that never sees a dsm through its bay. Im not sure what "go through it" entails but i think you could manage maintenance on your own and if you're not comfortable then find a shop that has serviced evos and dsms. An import shop that knows what theyre doing. Good luck and hope you get the car!
