I recently rebuilt my throttle body and installed a new biss. Now im trying to set my idle and when I go into link and groung the timing and diagnostics pins the idle just surges. Ive checked for boost leaks and the only leaks i had were the injector seals. I replaced the seals and still had a problem with them leaking so for a temporary fix i added an extra oring to the lower portion of the injector to put more force on the seal to the head and its not leaking anymore. I cant find and other boost leaks why does it surge when i ground the pins. if i just ground the timing pin it doesn't surge. The base timing it set at 5btdc and the tps it adjusted to .63v.

Log IdleSw and check that the ECU is properly seeing that the TB is closed. Have you eliminated the FIAV? If not, I'd suggest you do so. Also did you install the o-ring on the BISS? Also check your vac lines. Sometimes they'll collapse under vacuum.

I bypassed the FIAV, yes there is a oring on the biss. Idle switch reads 1 when off the throttle.

Its happening when im trying to set the biss as soon as I ground the connectors in link it just surges. I already have the idle switch simulated in link
