Charged the battery and started it for the first time since the unload from the trailer after the move to FL in May. Found out that my head unit has taken a sh!t.

Swapped rubber/nylon braid fuel lines for SS/Teflon fuel lines with heat-shrink cloth sleeve. Installed a leak proof sight gauge on custom coolant overflow. Re-wrote code for the cell phone alarm thingy and installed it in the car.

That's cool as hell. How does the cell phone thingy work exactly?

Water pipe, Water Neck, T-stat Housing :)

Aw too bad. I still think it's a cool idea.

Carpet came out really dark blue (not enough dye I guess)
Started scrubbing straight black rit dye into the carpet. It's black now.

Dropped off most of the front suspension for blasting/powdercoating.

Did the spark plug mod posted in the site below and it really does work !

http://www.instructables.com/id/Save-Gas-And-Incerase-Horsepower-By-Side-Gapping-S/

Went to O'Reilly's and bought a set of Autolite 63's and modded them to run side gap.

Cut off the electrode, gapped it down to .018" and did the install.

Definite increase of performance with a lot smoother idle, along with having to turn down the idle speed a bit, since after the install, my RPM settled in close to 900 RPM, thus had to scale it down back to 750RPM.

Quite impressive !

Hooked up laptop to ESi. P0455 again. I guess I still have a leak somewhere. :banghead:
Seems to be a clicking sound around the gas tank when the light is on. It stopped after I reset the code (altho the car might have just warmed up)

Scotchguarded black TSi carpets.

Mocked up my front RA style mudflaps with cardboard.

Installed black trunk carpet.

Pulled ABS Ecu, Relay, Bulb.

Pulled out crappy fitting A-pillar Gauge Pod.

Started dissecting all this wiring crap from PO :banghead:

EBC will be moved from steering column (ziptied & taped) to glove box.

Well, in an attempt to pull my 6 bolt out of my 1g to use in my 96 auto awd I f***ed my hand up pretty well. I managed to get the downpipe, t-case and driver side axle out before I did this.. While trying to get the passenger side out I had to heat up the spindle to free up one of the two bolts that hold it to the strut. After that came out I was trying to get the axle out of the hub and in the midst of things I grabbed the exact spot I had just heated a few minutes prior.. This is the result.
