Went to the junkyard today and actually found a dsm. Wasnt much left of it though but i did score something pretty sweet that i didnt have yet......a cupholder insert! Might not sound like much but i was excited LOL Also got some door panel clips and got my door panel on right.Pretty succesfull if you ask me, its the little things.

the junkyard i go to has updated inventory online now so im just gonna try and check it everyday or so and hopefully get up there next time before one is gutted. My interior is now complete except for the triangle side mirror pieces.

i dont know if id say its rare, you can buy them online for 10 bucks. It just sucks without one.

I found a 91 none turbo galant and took the badges off last week .love the junk yard

I actually took the badges off a Galant vr4 =( I know its blasphemy to do that but it was going to be crushed and I wanted to save something off of it. I didn't get the dash badge but got everything else. I will start keeping those cupholders from the 1g's next time, I see them a lot in the junkyard and also didn't realize they were hard to come by. Sorry, had to tell some one. Good luck with your find=)

Got tonnage out at the yards:

Seats that matched my Ply's interior that were in MINT condition for 10 bucks apiece.
Replacement tail light lenses for 30 bucks for the set, original radio for 5 bucks that works great, front bumper cover in MINT conditon for 40 bucks (new at the Mitsu dealer is close to 300 bucks), that I had to repaint, replacement alum 16 inch "lace style" wheel for Plymouth for 20 bucks to replace a bent one ..
Oh, and a practically new clutch slave cylinder for 10 bucks. An ECU that matched my car for 50 bucks....

and the list goes on and on.

Hatch struts are new from O'Reilly's. Ones out at the yards are totally gone.

just last week I scored a 95 EPROM ECU at my local pick-n-pull. It was in the nineties and very humid, but that find made it so worth it.
