when the clutch is pressed there is no noise , when the clutch is released its grinding ..I have changed the master the slave , and the tob 3 times with the oem , i have seen jacks video ,..Is it not adjusted properly?.., when i adjust it some its like there is no clutch cant get into gear ..How it is now i can catch every gear perfectly just has the , grinding noise of the tob ...flywheel and pp is proper also had it checked 3 times

Na transmission / na flywheel / na act 2600 pp / na act 6 puck ridged race disk / oem tob x3
 
Have you checked to see if you have a bearing issue with the tranny?
 
Poor adjustment of the clutch shouldn't cause any noises while the clutch is engaged. You would be hearing issues while disengaging the clutch because it would be over-adjusted and the pressure plate fingers would touch.

It sure sounds like an issue with the trans if the noise goes away when you disengage the clutch.
