I just got a used Synchronic BOV, it was dirty and some oil had been running through it for a little while, so I took it apart to examine the condition of the O rings and see if there was any debris in it. There was some dirt in it, but the O rings were perfectly fine, so I gave it a really good cleaning, but now I have all clean parts and not sure what lubricant to use on this thing. I know they sell some lube with the rebuild kit they offer, but does anyone know the type of lubricant they use? Or can I just use some of my Mobile 1 grease? Or will that react with the O rings?

Any o-ring safe, low temp grease should work. Personally, if I can get my hands on it, I'd use something like Parker O-ring lube. But I don't. I've used white lithium grease as well as Lucas grease for the o-ring in my Forged.
