1990 Plymouth laser rs turbo

Where exactly can I find the front facing wheel well cover for the drivers side. I've looked every where even my towns Mopar dealership. Because it's missing a couple things are exposed to water damage and anything else my tire might shoot into the engine bay. I'd take a pic, but this site won't let me post anything since my phone a resolution is too much
