I wanted to know where I can find a wiring diagram for coil on plug setups for 2g's with 6bolts. I searched around and only picked up the normal wiring for a 1g and a gvr4, I've heard the wiring with the cop is reversed with the 6bolt swaps but I cant find a diagram on it. :(

What year is your 2G? I didn`t see a profile on your car. Basically, a cop setup has 3 wires: 1 common power feed to all 4 coils, 1 trigger wire for cyls 1 & 4, & 1 trigger wire to coils 2 & 3. If you are running a 96-99 with a 95 eprom ecu, the firing order is inverted (opposite of stock), in which case, you simply switch the 2 triggering wires to the opposite pairs of coils. :talon:

Will a single "power transistor" or ignitor as i call them handle the load of 2 coils reliablly( i.e. 1 & 4 being fired waste spark but 2 seperate coils?)? I had assumed you would split the trigger wires from the ECU off to 2 seperate power transistors, and run one of each transistors trigger wires to one of the coils. But i've never done one so i'm not sure.

I dont see why not. They come from the factory with a single ignitor.

I finally put the cop in my car and it sounds like either the fire order is wrong, or I have a bad coil, because the car it's breaking down when I rev it. :confused:

Did you solder all the wires? I read its the same and i have this picture that may help.
