Does anyone know of anywhere you can order some window rain deflectors or whatever you call them for a 2g? Im assuming because of the way the doors are made that they have to be a custom style or something, but I was pretty sure I had seen them on a 2g before. My window doesnt sit flush with the seal around the door frame and I have checked everything for a reason and can find none. With it being summer here in Florida we have tons of thunderstorms and I am growing tired of riding around with a wet behind....

Have you check seals on sun roof. It could be seals of your door are old crack or worn. Door not properly aligned and lock hinge too. But ad rain guard thing our doors do not have a frame around window thats why you cant find.them. yes probably seen them. But it was for other car you have to mod.it. also you have to watch how you mount it . Since you mounting it to body it has to clear passage of the window fully open when closing and opening the door. I think at that height you may still get water in there wasting time and money. But thats just my opinion

I dont have a sun roof, and I just replaced the seal on the door over the winter. What it boils down to is the bottom front part of the window is somehow disconnected from the trac and flops around. As a result when the window is up it sits about 1/4 of an inch off of the seal. I found a bolt and a plastic piece in the bottom of the window but cant find the place it goes to reattach the portion of the window.

Any other ideas on how to seal the window? I found where the bolt and piece go... it didnt help. Is there any kind of weather stripping that would work well and not peal off?
