$400 for my 99 eclipse gs. 117k. Basically stole it. Only problem was CEL and it was for an 02 sensor that just wasnt connected.

1998 eclipse spyder gs-t 3000.00 with only 80,000 miles on it and had full cat back exhaust, greddy turbo, and s-afc ii controller:hellyeah:

94 eagle talon tsi awd - Free! but the transmission was out and the water pump was leaking. that was a bi*** to change...

In August 2011 bought my 97 GST for $2,700 in PR with around 110k miles on it. Exterior and interior wise it is completely new and complete stock. Still had stock radio, cd changer and even the infinity amp under the seat. An old guy had this car and when I did the tune up still had the oem spark plugs had no idea how it ran sooooo smooth.

3000.00 for a 98 gst with greddy turbo setup, full catback exhaust, high performance racing radiator, and s-afc II air fuel controller with 80,000 miles on the motor. great deal!

90 Eagle Talon TSi AWD

The Good:
DSMlink V3 (lite)
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
Fidanza Lightweight flywheel
ACT 2100 Clutch (street disk)
3" turbo-back exhaust
Tires
Interior

Rebuilt:
Motor (CP pistons (9:1), Eagle Rods, Balance Shafts Removed, 4 layer metal head gasket)
Turbo
Driveshaft
Steering Rack

The Not So Good:
Power Steering works when it wants to.
It vibrates (with poly motor mounts and no balance Shafts, you feel it).
Slight drive-line vibration when coasting/decelerating (apparently not the u-joints, cause I just replaced them again)
Crack in the middle of the dash
Oh yeah, it could use some paint and has a couple of decent size dents.

I traded a $450 gun for my 1992 GSX

Thats a sweet deal.
I paid 900 for my 97 gst with TEINs all around and knockoff 18 wheels. Buuuut, it had a bad rod bearing which also took out the crank. So, not a great deal by any means.
Also got my 95gsx for 900. Bad cas/cps.. I dont care to fix it just salvaging it for the swap.

$1200
1991 TSI 5spd w/~160k, a few mods but needed a complete overhaul. My first DSM so I admit I maybe paid a little too much, but it was the exact color and model that ive wanted for years and DSM cars around here are scarce.

$450
92 awd, 5 speed, 6/4 bolt combo, had bent valves and bad wheel bearings. found out the rod bearings were about smashed as well.

was kinda an impulse buy and has now consumed my life to the course of a 2+ year ground up build. haha.

$1800 for my 1996 rs eclipse with 205,000 miles just this month

ouch....

I paid 900 for my 96 GS 4 years ago, kept breaking down, got me pulled over a bunch then starting losing compression and sold it. POS 420a engine...

My friend paid 900 for his Spyder GS (2.4 4g64) last fall, so far I think hes about 6 grand including car purchase and a gst parts car purchase to do manual and dohc swap. Its fully built though and making show engine bay now.

800$ for my plymouth laser rs turbo not safitied (owner took the turbo out also >:/ but it still has the 33 transmission but got it a year an a half ago and its still running amazes me
