Have done some looking around as to the noise I have been getting.

I am getting a rattle noise under acceleration somewhere in the front driver area of the car. I do not feel it through the steering wheel, but rather the floor board. I had a broken carrier bearing bolt, so I replaced that and the car quit making the noise in a straight line. Now, the car only does it upon acceleration and when the wheel in cut to the right. The wheel doesn't have to be greatly turned, just slightly under acceleration will cause the noise. The noise level increases with acceleration.

Wheel bearing has been recently replaced, ball joints are good, axle doesn't have much play. I am under the impression the axle will have a minimal amount of play, which is what I feel this one has, but I can't think of much else that could be the problem. All mounts in in perfect shape. I am looking for any other ideas it could be, I'd like to get different opinions on the matter.

Here is a link to an in car recording I did. You can clearly hear the noise start, and as previously stated, the noise starts when the wheel is cut. I appreciate you input.

There are a couple of things that it could be. I have read and seen many different types of things that cause this kind of condition. Sometimes it is a easy simple fix, and sometimes it could be literally a day long check of everything on the car.

1. Improperly Balanced Tire
- If your tire is out of balance it will cause a vibration to be felt in the floor board. It can also cause the steering wheel to shake, which you stated wasn't.

2. Worn Sway Bar Linkage Bushings
- I have actually had this happen to me, the bushing on the driver side was worn out and at interstate speeds I could feel a vibration in the floor board. I also experienced minor roadway pull, especially under uneven surfaces.

3. Brake system rotors are scarred and uneven
If your rotors are old and worn down it may be possible that your car would feel vibrations under acceleration and especially at braking. Reason for this is your caliper could be warped, or your rotor improperly adjusted during install, or by having to be taken off because of whatever mechanical repair caused this.

4. Bushings, Absorbers, Coilspring, Ect.
Our cars are getting pretty old. After time the weather and road abuse starts to take its toll. Especially if you are lowered. Bushing wear out, springs start to sink, sometimes unevenly. If your riding on a perfectly even road you would still feel as if you were ridding on a rugged road due to any small parts being worn, missing, or improperly installed.

5. Coilovers
If your lowered on coils double check that your perfectly level in front and rear. It may look good by eyesight but the smallest increment can cause all kinds of wacky almost impossible to find driving quality issues.

6. Worn Struts
Check out the struts, make sure they are in good shape. Failing struts will cause like symptoms.

Just some ideas, I am sure there are many more. Hopefully one of these can possibly help in your diagnosing.

did you ever figure this out?

Yes, I did figure out this problem. Though I think I only updated it in my build thread for some reason.

What happened was one of the bolts that holds the bracket for the A/C compressor had broken, and was in a position to where it wasn't really noticeable. The fact the the bracket had one of the bolts broken allowed the entire bracket to shift to the left making turning right with a little speed. When the whole bracket would shift, it actually was rubbing on the sidewall and sending vibrations throughout the entire car. After removal of the broken bolt, putting in a new one with locktite eliminated this issue.
