I have a 1995 RS 420a non turbo. I live in south Florida. I went on vacation and was gone for like three months. When I got back the car won't stay on unless I hold the pedal. A friend told me that it mite need fresh gas and it will fix the problem, he also told me to add sea foam to it. I wants u know what you guys think about this before I do anything. Car is also stock no mods. Thanks

Wait...3 month vacation? You should hire a private mechanic LOL!

Yes, if nothing else was changed right before you left or returned, get fresh gas. The Seafoam will help cut any varnish build up, but read the manufacturer's recommendations for the right mix percentage, otherwise you'l get diluted gas and be back to square one.

Seafoam is a cleaner for the fuel system and will remove any gunk and particles as best it can. Stabilizer will just keep the gas in a more composed state. If you are trying to start it back up, use Seafoam and fresh gas.

honestly that happened with me it was cause my battery was bad and my alternator had a loose belt so my battery was loosing voltage and the alternator wasn't efficinatly charging it
