The package includes the ECU+ control unit, software CD-ROM containing both laptop and Palm software, complete instructions (on the CD-ROM), RS-232 serial cable, and null-modem connector. Requires a PC (we find a laptop most convenient); a Palm device is useful but not required. If your PC does not have a serial port, you'll need a serial-to-USB adapter, which can be found at most computer stores. Palm connectivity requires a serial (RS-232) interface. Most any Palm device with the Universal Connector will work (with the serial hotsync cable), but USB-only Palms like the Tungsten E will not.
