    So I forgot to reply to this, after I replaced my cap I haven't seen it happen since. However it hasn't been quite as hot out as it was the problem days. Comparing the two caps however my old one had very little spring tension left so I'll go out on a limb and say that's one of my issues fixed.

    Do you have A/C and is it on or off? If it's off it could be the clutch on the A/C.

    Yup, opened right when it was supposed to. Thinking about it the cap makes sense as being the fault, I've just never experienced a faulty cap before, gonna replace it sometime this week and see if the issue persists afterwards.

    Yeah I'm kinda scared that it might be something bigger than a cap and I'll be ripping out the engine again. But I'll pressure test it this weekend and see how it holds. In terms of caps, do people generally run 13 or 16psi caps on these cars?

    Sorry I didn't add, fluid is good, tested with a refractometer, haven't replaced cap, might still be OE. I'll replace it for good measure.Fans are running while car is running, as it isn't until they shut off after you shut the car down that the issue exists.

    No tuning, just logging from the Wideband and the software I wrote. I was under the impression < 16psi wouldn't require a SAFC or a DSMLink if I'm wrong however, I'll park it until I get one.
