It's very easy to crack the ring lands on the stock pistons. A compression test would be a good idea. It's was very apparent when my first motor let go. It ran fine, but smoked like hell if you gave it any boost.
Its challenging for sure. Its even harder to look ahead at where you want to go when the headlights aren't lighting up that area. The lot has a few lights, but could use a few more. I'll be pulling the pan soon and probably the rod caps just to check on the bearings, but the reality is, this has...

I still run a factory style rad and have no cooling issues. A good set of fans is key. Don't overthink it, if the factory radiator was working fine before. Just put another one in it. No one offers an all aluminum radiation for the 420a that I know of.
What is your fuel setup like? Hahn use to sell the portfueler kit. It was an additional 4 injections that added the extra fuel. Do you have that installed? Are you using a FMU instead? The factory ECU can not be tuned.
A higher offset pushes the wheel closer to the body. A +27 offset will have the wheel poking out some. Depending on the tire size you want to run, you may have some rubbing on the fenders. I don't see those wheel tucking up in the fenders.
You need to run the compression test when the motor is hot. If that cylinder is still lower than the others. You can add a tiny amount of oil to the cylinder to see if the numbers go up. That would indicate worn rings. It's not something I would be overly concerned with. I do a compression check...
