I'd say get a new belt because that one that fell off most likely got damaged when it fell off, not really a problem if it stretches, just any edges it might've gotten when it fell off :)
What I'm saying is the plugs should come pre-gapped if you bought the right plugs. I've never had to gap any plugs after I buy them and never had any issue with loss of power or fuel economy.

high idle is killing your mileage. Fix the vacuum leak and that will fix your problem. Time to start hunting. Have you done any work recently on the manifold? Check all the rubber hoses in the engine bay and see if you can find your leak. It might be too small to detect the hissing noise for an...
umm...did you try scanning?? Otherwise you just wasted a ton of cash throwing parts at it like a blind fool (no dis intended). If it doesn't connect, then you most likely need a new ecu, but at least scan it before you piss toss another couple hundred in the trash can. Get your...
Trust me when I say this, if your fuel filter was bad enough to mess up your fuel trim, I doubt your car would be drivable. You need to list ALL the issues with the car in one place.List them ALL here, and then ONLY then, we can make a somewhat approximate guess as to what your problem is...

I just didn't think it needed to go on as long as it did. I'm just calling what I see...I was hoping to see more info, but it's the same stuff repeated in the second page...which I think almost the entire second page can be deleted based on that factor alone.
