Do your plugs have oil on them or is it like black sute. If it's oil then I'd say fried rings. Do a compression text. If it's low put like a cap full of oil and let it sit a little, and redo the test. Post back your results

It goes from the water pipe to the Tstat. I just can't find a stock replacement. But I'll just get my own bent thanks.

I've finally got around to ripping more things off the car to replace and I have not been able to figure out with this water pipe is. It has a small pinhole and I need it fixed asap. Could I just run a rubber line all the way down from the thermostat instead of the hard line?

I'm actually probably going to keep the n/a and fix her up unless I find someone who would like her. I've always wanted a 1g I personally aren't much of a fan of 2gs unless it looks right. The Tsi is actually one of the cars I've always wanted.

Did a compression test and the numbers came out to around 152-156 throughout the cylinders. Put a dp on it and should be having fun next week when I pay the rest off. :hellyeah:

Yea, i still have to check the compression. I gave it a nice look over, like cv joints, axles,bearings, the motor, and what not. I also took it for a test drive, and it drove very nice, handled amazing, no smoke at all. Transfer case along with the transmission were redone. The engines gunked...
